Payment Procedures and Invoicing

We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers (EFT). Installment options depend on your bank's terms.
Payment errors may occur due to issues with your bank or internet connection. Try using another card or contact us for support.
Enter your company details in the billing section during checkout to receive a corporate invoice.
Payment transactions are protected by SSL encryption technology, and none of your card information is stored in our system.

Order and Shipping Transactions

If the order has not been shipped, you can update the address under "My Account > Orders." For further assistance, contact us at +90 (850) 840 6160.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days. The refund period may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
Yes, we offer international delivery. Delivery times vary by country and can be seen during the checkout process.
Tracking details are sent via email or SMS once your order is shipped. If you don't receive it, contact us at destek@fusionmarkt.com.
We partner with MNG, Yurtiçi, and Aras Kargo in Turkey, and DHL, UPS, and FedEx for international deliveries.

Return,Exchange and Technical Support

Go to "My Account > Orders" to submit a return request. Once approved, ship the product using the provided return code.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Used, opened, or hygienic products cannot be returned. Please review our return policy for more details.  
You need to return the product and place a new order. Return and re-order processes are managed separately.
