Go to "My Account > Orders" to submit a return request. Once approved, ship the product using the provided return code.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Used, opened, or hygienic products cannot be returned. Please review our return policy for more details. 
You need to return the product and place a new order. Return and re-order processes are managed separately.
